Riverview Manor, Hurt, VA, Wedding Carla and Dylan

Church weddings in the heat of June are amazing! It was a VERY warm day for Carla and Dylan's wedding, so a nice cool church ceremony was certainly welcomed! Even though this couple opted not to have a first look they left plenty of time for bride and groom portraits. Everywhere you looked at Riverview Manor there was an adorable backdrop you could use for portraits. The pavilion was decorated with unique china at every place setting, with great farmhouse tables. When Carla first reached out to me she told me she would marry Dylan right then! What a sweet couple. I hope the day held all the magic Carla could have dreamed about!

Wolf Trap Farm Gordonsville, VA Janna and Steven Married

Janna was one of the most laid back brides I have ever worked with! She just went with the flow all day, and was so joyful to be marrying Steven. On their wedding day it was raining at Wolf Trap Farm, but Janna's dream was to have an outdoor ceremony. So we went ahead with their outdoor ceremony and portraits during the rain. Janna had a great attitude! Janna and Steven's sunflower and rustic inspired reception details were adorable. I love the variety that wedding photography provides! Every wedding is so unique! Many congratulations to these newlyweds!!!

Keswick Vineyards Wedding Jen and Alex

Jen and Alex's Keswick Vineyards wedding was joyful from start to finish! Jen and Alex's reception was filled with so much excitement: a choreographed bride and groom dance, a family song, the shoe game, and then blind folded guessing games. I'm so happy for Jen and Alex because after living a few years on different sides of the US the couple now gets to live in the same town as a married couple! It was wonderful to be a part of this gorgeous wedding day!
